Henry Sever Lake is in a conservation area in Knox Missouri. It offers various activities with facilities that cater to the visitors needs. Henry Sever Lake was built in 1960, and is stocked periodically with channel catfish. It is one of the few lakes in Missouri with muskellunge populations, you will also find bass, crappie and sunfish. You can utilize the multi-use trail for bicycling, hiking, and horseback riding. Hunting is allowed and there are good population of deer, dove, quail, rabbit, squirrel, turkey, and waterfowl. Unfortunately there is a no lodging near by, so you will have to bring the camping gear!
