Little Compton Lake located inside the Little Compton Lake Conservation Area provides an excellent spot for fishing. Fish species include largemouth bass, bluegill, channel catfish, crappie, carp, and buffalo. There is also hunting in the 120 acre forest along the Gran River. The area contains a good number of deer, turkey and, waterfowl. Bird watching is another popular activity. Bring along your canoe for the lake and the Grand River. Even though there is no lodging available, you can camp in one of the four camping sites. Facilities include boat ramp, fishing jetty, parking lot, and restroom.
