Roaring River Spring starts in deep canyon below a cliff inside Roaring River State Park. Around 20 million gallons gush from the spring every day. The Roaring River Spring is one of the premier White Ribbon Trout Areas in Missouri. Trophy Brown and Rainbow trout are abundant in the spring. Roaring River State Park has a lot to do, including fishing, hiking, camping, and swimming at the pool. Lodging is also available at the Emory Melton Inn.

Devil’s Kitchen Trail – 1.50 mile loop, starts by picnic area across from CCC Lodge
Eagle’s Nest Trail – 2.75 mile loop, starts by southeast corner of Campground 2
Fire Tower Trail – 3.75 mile loop, starts on Highway F near nature center
Pibern Trail – 1 mile linear, starts on north side of Campground 1
River Trail – 1 mile linear, starts south of CCC Lodge
Springhouse Trail – .40 mile loop, starts at Emory Melton Inn parking lot
